Most of the arrangement is settled between the client and the consultant themselves. Agilar only acts as a thin middle man, connecting a client looking for a consultant with a consultant looking for a client.
We work under transparent conditions, both for the client and for the consultant. Everybody agrees up front how much the customer will pay, how much the consultant will get and how much the markup will be.
Agilar takes very small markups, usually in the range of 5% to 10%. This is far below industry average, which can be anywhere in the range of 20% to 40%.
