WHAT WE DO

Agilar members specialize in many areas of consulting. Most of our members are IT consultants, such as programmers, analysts and testers. We are particularly strong in the Agile / Lean software development area, counting many notorious world experts among us. But we don't restrict ourselves to IT: we also have members who are management consultants, graphical designers, industrial designers and accountants, among others.

The two basic services Agilar provides are: professional consulting and training .

Consulting

Professional consulting is the core business of Agilar. Consultants are normally offered with a daily or hourly rates* to our clients, to work on-site or remotely. Most of the arrangement is settled between the client and the consultant themselves. Agilar only acts as a thin middle man, connecting a client looking for a consultant with a consultant looking for a client.
* Due to the nature of their work, some professionals such as artists and graphic designers may prefer to work with fixed price engagements.

Training

We count several world-class trainers in our roster. Trainings are normally delivered in-house and on demand, or scheduled publicly. Public trainings are either organized by ourselves, or together with a local partner.
