The Agilar project seeks to establish an organization whose purpose is to help create a sustainable future and whose culture aims to be a mix of some traditional corporate values with some non-profit ones: quality, efficiency, meritocracy, solidarity, cooperativism, diversity and respect for others.
The project is still in its defining stages and many ideas and most implementation details are in open discussion among the participating people.
